Expanding Across Nusantata (IKN) and Beyond
Magnum Estate is currently working on several key projects, including:
• Sky Stars Villas in Ungasan, nearing completion.
• Magnum Resort Sanur, a premium beachfront resort development.
• Magnum Resort Berawa, featuring its iconic 190-meter rooftop pool.
Their most strategic move is expanding into Indonesia’s new capital, Nusantara (IKN). Magnum Estate is developing Magnum Resort Nusantara, a 1.3-hectare mixed-use complex comprising apartments, retail spaces, and various supporting facilities. The design phase is advancing while the land’s legal clearance is being finalized.
This expansion highlights Magnum Estate’s long-term ambition to become a leading player not only nationally but also internationally. Their projects have attracted considerable foreign investor interest in Indonesia’s property sector.
Despite of legal challenges that is Magnum Estate currently navigating related to a fraud case involving an individual identified as BT—who is not affiliated with the company’s founding, the company remains committed to progressing its projects while pursuing legal recourse through Indonesia’s judicial system.
“We are dedicated to completing every project and protecting the interests of investors who have trusted us with their funds. The legal issues involving BT are being handled by the authorities and are overseen by Ihza & Ihza Law Firm,” said Stanislav Sadovnikov and Igor Maksimov.
In response to rumors about BT being a co-founder, Stanislav and Igor firmly clarified, “From the beginning, Magnum Estate was founded only by the two of us. This is legally verifiable—there is no other founder besides us.”
Looking ahead, Magnum Estate plans to expand into markets like Jakarta, Lombok, and even internationally to countries such as Thailand and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
